EverythingRelevant About & FAQ

Everything relevant. Nothing else.

EverythingRelevant reads UK business news all day, from more than 250 sources, and shows each business owner only the stories, grants, deadlines and rule changes that touch what they run.

A café owner in Leicester and a builder in Glasgow shouldn't have to read the same 200 headlines to find the three that matter. Tell us what you run and where, and the feed rebuilds itself around your business: a living wall of stories, with the ones you need to act on (a deadline, money you could claim, a change to your costs) shown first and explained in one line.

What you get

Questions

Is it free?

Yes. The feed, the morning brief, saved boards and the calendar are free. Premium adds Ask about this story (ask what any story means for your business) and a "what it means for you" line on every story. Premium is free while we're in beta; before that changes we'll email you with the price, and nothing is ever charged unless you choose to pay.

Do I need an account?

No. Tap what you run on the feed and it rebuilds around you straight away. An account (a one-time link by email, no password) keeps your business, follows and saves on every device and lets us send the morning brief.

How do you decide what's relevant to me?

Every story is read and scored by AI for each kind of UK business: does it change your costs, your rules, your customers, your staff, or give you money or a deadline? Then it's matched to your sector, your town and what you follow. Tap "Not for me" on anything that misses and your feed learns. More on how AI is used is in our privacy notice.

Where does the news come from?

National and local news, trade press, GOV.UK, HMRC, councils and funders, and a handful of news video channels. Every story links to its original publisher; we show the headline and our own one-line "why it matters", never the publisher's full article.

How do I get the brief every morning?

Sign in and turn on Morning email in Settings (every morning or Mondays only), or switch on notifications in the phone app. Every email has a one-click "stop these emails" link.

Can I get the deadlines in my calendar?

Yes. Open a deadline and tap "Add to calendar" for one, or go to Settings → Deadlines in your calendar for a link that puts every deadline and grant closing date for your business into Apple Calendar, Outlook or Google Calendar, and keeps them up to date.

Something's wrong or missing in my feed.

Tap "Not for me" on stories that miss, follow the companies, places and topics you care about in Follows, or email hello@everythingrelevant.co.uk with the story. We read everything.

Can I put the feed on my own website?

Yes, with two lines of code. See Put this on your site.

What do you do with my data?

Only what's needed to pick your stories and send what you asked for. No advertising trackers, no selling data, no analytics cookies; we count usage as anonymous daily totals. You can download everything we hold, or delete your account, in Settings at any time. The details are in the privacy notice.

Is there an app?

The iPhone and Android app is on its way. Until then the website works on your phone and you can add it to your home screen.
